1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Golf & Wellness Turkey website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Golf & Wellness Turkey provides golf tourism services including but not limited to: golf course bookings, hotel reservations, airport transfers, tournament organization, equipment rental, and concierge services in Turkey.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of required deposit and written confirmation from Golf & Wellness Turkey.
3.2 Payment Terms
- A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking
- Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival
- Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment
- Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods
4. Cancellation Policy
- 60+ days before arrival: Full refund minus administrative fee
- 30-59 days before arrival: 50% refund
- 15-29 days before arrival: 25% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
- No-show: No refund
Cancellations must be made in writing via email. The date of cancellation is the date we receive your written notice.
5. Changes to Bookings
Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if changes are needed.
6. Liability
Golf & Wellness Turkey acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. While we exercise due care in selecting partners, we are not liable for services provided by hotels, golf courses, or transfer companies beyond our contractual agreements.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage loss before traveling.
8. Golf Course Rules
All golfers must adhere to the rules and dress codes of individual golf courses. Failure to comply may result in denial of play without refund.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Antalya, Turkey.
